Through globalization, many European borders were opened, giving criminals easy access to exploit the system and threaten global safety.
CROSSING LINES taps into the charter of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to mandate a special crime unit, creating an organization functioning as a European FBI, to investigate serialized crimes that cross over European borders and to hunt down criminals to bring them to justice.
